These Terms of Service apply in direct relation to and in accordance with the WiFiBrands Privacy Policy.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, material, documentation, video, audio, frameworks, and related resources made available through WiFiBrands—including those on https://go.wifibrands.com and all associated properties—are owned and protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly granted, these Terms do not provide any license or ownership rights. All trademarks and brand assets associated with WiFiBrands are protected and may not be used or replicated.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement

Access to any WiFiBrands mentorship program is restricted to verified users who’ve agreed to these Terms. You may not share, copy, redistribute, or teach from any video, document, login credential, internal training, or proprietary framework.

Violation will result in immediate removal from the program and may be subject to legal action including damages and injunctive relief. All disputes shall be governed by U.S. law and Florida jurisdiction.

3. Removal & Refund Clause

We reserve the right to remove students who violate our Terms or community standards. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

5. Refund Policy
